It was a pleasure having Andrew as my Realtor! Andrew was quick to respond to my requests for info about potential homes and would email me sellers disclosures immediately so I could determine if I even wanted to view the home - that saved a lot of time! I submitted an offer at the same time and a little bit less than another party but Andrew’s persuasion with the seller’s agent got my offer accepted. Navigating Austin’s real estate can be well… let’s say challenging. The key is to work with a trustworthy realtor who speaks the industry fluently so they can captain you into a new home as stress-free as possible. I am so grateful for Andrew and I know you will be too! My husband and I randomly met him at an open house and we instantly clicked. Two months later (including closing time!), we were moving furniture into our new investment property. That’s how fast and efficiently Andrew moves! He also has such an incredible team of lenders, inspectors and title companies he works with, which makes the process very smooth. Speaking of smooth, Andrew brokered the deal for our new house while he was on vacation in Spain. Yes, that’s right - the Spain that is a seven-hour time difference away.
